Due to the increases in the costs of running a farm, there is now a $2 charge per person (including children) if you wish to go into the paddock with the alpacas.  No cost to stand at the fence and say hello.

Set amongst the rural vistas of Darnum in Victoria Australia only 90 minutes East of Melbourne and a convenient 3km off the Princes Freeway, is Nickelby At Darnum.

Nickelby At Darnum is the home of Nickelby Alpacas, Angelique's Country Garden Natural Body Products, Angela Betheras Photography and Nickelby Olives.

We are open to the public Wednesday - Sunday 10am - 5pm, and public holidays.  Closed Christmas Day. We welcome coaches and groups by appointment and can cater for morning and afternoon teas and lunches.

Not only can you come and experience and learn about alpacas (bring your camera) but you can purchase the magnificent clothing and homewear accessories that are produced by their lovely soft fleece. Warmer than sheep wool with no prickle factor, the jumpers, coats, hats and throw rugs are just sensational.

Angelique's Country Garden Natural Body Products are made at Nickelby and we have natural ball soaps in flavours such as Gardener's, Nourish Me, Rosemary Lavender Orange & pink clay to name a couple. These come individually or beautifully boxed in wooden boxes made specifically for Angelique's. To compliment the soaps we have wonderful hand creams, body whips and body butters. We can also have a pamper pack delivered to your B&B in West Gippsland (with 24hours notice).  See packages page.
